From October 14 to 16, 2026, the Polish city of Bielsko-Biała is hosting the 15th edition of the Projects Exchange: Animation + Community event, organized by the National Centre for Culture Poland (Narodowe Centrum Kultury).
We are honored that Anténa can be part of it. Our network will be represented in the panel discussion titled Community Building: How Can Public Cultural Institutions Support Social Cohesion at the Local Level?
The discussion focuses on current challenges across Central Europe—from issues of governance and autonomy to exploring how networks of cultural institutions in post-communist countries can generate genuine public value.
