Workshop on mental health was a success

Another workshop from the series of workshops Antena WORKS! took place on 27.6. in Banská Štiavnica in KC Eluzina!

This time, the theme revolved around a very current topic of mental health of employees in culture.

The event was attended by 12 people and led by an experienced lecturer, psychotherapist, and psychiatrist in one – Ján Ballx.  

The current topics, such as teamwork, care for others, pressure in work, and burnout were examined through personal experiences of individual participants and through various thinking methods and mindfulness techniques.
