The main activities of the Antenna network are to support its members, to represent them, and also to promote their activities and raise awareness of independent culture as such.

The network currently brings together 33 member organisations from all over Slovakia. With such a high number and diversity, it is important for us to be able to communicate effectively with all of them and represent them externally. That is why we have decided that in 2023, one of our priorities will be to improve both internal and external communication. We believe that a communication strategy is a prerequisite for well-functioning communication. It was the development of this document that we paid a great deal of attention to during the second half of 2023. The strategy was developed together with the members of the network, who played a key role in its development. Within the strategy, we have set several communication objectives for the coming period. Our priorities will include building awareness of the Network's activities; educating the general public about the importance and contribution of independent cultural centres to Slovak arts and culture, to the regions and their inhabitants; improving the Network's internal communications; promoting the activities and achievements of our member organisations; and finally building good and functional relationships with our partners.

Together with the strategy, we have also worked on improving the visual identity and communication of the network. We will be presenting this to you gradually in the coming weeks.
