We are working on preparations for a fundraising strategy for Antena

Thanks to the support of Bratislava Community Foundation, we have started a brand-new project this year focused on increasing the capacity of network Antena.

The biggest point of improvement we see is the limitation of resources needed for the running of our activities. This is one of the reasons why we have begun to focus on working towards setting up fundraising aimed at improving the needs of our organization. We are currently working on preparations for a complex strategy tailored to Antena in collaboration with expert Csilla Droppová. 

Educating the team and member associations of Antena is also a part of this project. Together with the Slovak Fundraising Centre, we are working on three workshops and several consultations in regard to the strategy itself. 

The strategy will be completed by the end of August 2021, when we will present it to the core members of the network and will discuss if the strategy will be tweaked based on possible comments. 

We will continue to work on the project through intensive work on applying the strategy in practice and on systematic search for resources to fulfill our needs.
